When you book a class or send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address and anything you add in the notes or message field. We also record which class you booked and when.

How we use it

We use your details to hold your reformer in a class, contact you about your booking or enquiry, and look after your sessions and treatments with us. We don’t sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the studio and this website, and only as needed.

How we keep it safe

Bookings and enquiries are stored securely and are only accessible to Evolve Therapies Group staff. Your booking link is private: anyone with it can view or cancel that booking, so please don’t share it.

Health information

If you book a treatment, your health history and treatment notes are kept in our practice management system, not on this website, and are handled as health information under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your choices
